You do realize that a dog,car,guitar,dolphin,house,building etc. Cannot and have never been able to enter into a legally biding contract. And at its root that is what marriage is. It is a piece of paper saying you are legally bound to another person THAT IS IT!! So all these examples you have used used are false they are not legally married. Also the only people cheapening marriage is straight people don't blame others for what you have fucked up.
