I literally open it. Have 4 sips then put it next to my bed and let it go flat the next day and the cycle continues. For some reason those sips quench my thirst and the rest just goes to waste. Orange and Key Lime are the best and if anyone says they like Pamplemousse I rly fear for what kind of person you are
