ive had enuf of ppl sayin tht i shldnt b alowed to use the nhs just becus i dont pay taxes!!! like wtf, if ive had a heavy night n need to get me stomach pumped in A&E then im entitld to do so wetha i pay taxes or not lmao youz lot need to get off ur high horses n start thinkin about other ppl for once lmao if im obese i shd be alowd to get treated by the nhs n my daughters shd be alowed to get as much plastic surgery as they want on the nhs and theres NUFFIN any of youz can do to stop us
