Stars needs to change ( NEW IDEAS)

Randomize, the casts are getting too repetitive...

What needs to happen:
-People can't join for six months after they join (unless they get 15th-16th, then four months).

-Enrolment drops to Black level...I know may great Black levels who deserve a shot!

-A Stars for people lower than Black, which is more basic (only 10 people, perhaps?) based on votes that week (on a mod's blog?), trends, karma...Whatever. :)

I hope some of these are taken on board!

six months between joining is kind of extreme, but lengthening the time between stars a bit would be good

I think these ideas have some strength and the right basis for change, but they are very flawed!

I like the black level stars.
But I think it should still cost 300T$ to enroll
Be for ONLY black level and under
And also...as a fun twist....we don't get told when it is. ;)
