After falling asleep while driving

I fell asleep without realizing it and I woke up as 3/4 of my car was off the road. Luckily I did not hit anything nor deal any damage to my car so I just drove away since it wasn’t a big ditch but that could’ve gone much worse and I’m very very lucky it wasn’t worse
