We're in quite the predicament Tengaged, as there is a LEGAL BATTLE over who owns the rights to this... miscarried, fake, alien, unborn child.
Shane wants nothing to do with it.
Kaylabby wants nothing to do with it - if Shane doesn't want it.
So Thirteen got the aliens involved and #TRANS(planted)LIVESNOW/salLATER'd the imaginary child into ohhayy 's mashed potato coated womb - where it is currently growing.
That was until Florina got involved - over a pay dispute from lost wages from Jessica Danielle's - and is now laying claim over the unborn child.

Florina is claiming that she has been providing the funds to keep the fake child alive with watered down Dr. Pepper, and has documented evidence that Jessica Danielle's is an unfit mother who caused wreck-less endangerment to the fetus after a night on the town after her STARS victory.
