Tip 1: Do NOT eat and Drink only 1 cup of water per day: If you feel hungry eat toilet paper and if you feel thirsty lick an ice cube.
Tip 2: If you must eat because your mum is forcing you to eat. They often do this because they are just jealous of you and want to make you fat like them. Eat it then be sick in the toilet as soon as they are out of sight. You can also take a laxative to help flush out all that calories!
Tip 3: constantly do something to burn calories. For example when you are talking to someone you can walk or jog on the spot. Ect
