The Glass House!
The Glass House was Big Brother but done horribly wrong. The show put 14 strangers living in a house made of glass, with cameras recording their every move. They are watched by a all seeing voice called Oracle At different times of the week show would have a live video feed of the house. There are weekly eliminations, in which the public decides which of the contestants are eliminated from the game. Aside from choosing who is eliminated, viewers also dictate what the contestants wear, where they sleep and what they eat. The show takes all of the ideas (and some ex staff) of Big Brother and just makes it a mess with the most awful format in reality tv. Were the person going was the most predictable thing in the world. (aka the person america hated).

FOX's Joe Millionaire (The Bachelor but less boring and with more slurping)
VH1's The Surreal Life ( The Real World but with Z-list celebs )
EVER PAWN SHOP SHOW (I don't care who was first they are all awful and this list would be full of them)

Redneck Island!
The good old boys down at CMT gave us this country spin on CBS's Survivor. Redneck Island is about a group of "redneck" on a deserted island and they compete for food and immunity. Players compete in two teams each week, with the losing group voting one of their players out with a "beer ballot". Were the last person standing would win $100,000. The show did became less like Survivor and more like MTV's The Challenge in its later seasons (most notably The Duel) but that Survivor blood still runs in its veins.

Nashville Star!
Let's just get this out of the way. This is American Idol but with Country music and not Pop. The show first premiered on the USA network for its its first 5 seasons and NBC for its last. Just like its big brother this show traveled all round the US to looking for the next big thing in country music. Unlike American Idol we didnt see the addition, a hollywood type week, or even a top 24. The show for the most part gave us a Top 10-12 Stars were American would vote each week on who moves on each week. Were just like in Idol would win a recording contract.

Money Hunger!
Money Hunger was show that aired on VH1 around the end of 2010. The show was about 12 pairs of overweight individuals forced to give $10,000 of their own money, making the grand prize pot $100,000. This show is pretty much just NBC's The Biggest Loser with a few twist. With the main twist being that now it’s about not losing your own money, and taking everyone else’s money with you. Other then it was pretty much the same the pairs were giving challenges, fitness experts, and nutritionists. With the losing team getting eliminated by not losing the most weight

We all strive to be original and be the best that we can possibly. Yet not all of us can do that. Sometimes we have to look at other people's success and well RIP THEM THE FUCK OFF. Who needs to be original when we can just kinda tweak the format of a highly successful show slap a new name on it and be done. Today I'm going to be bring 5 reality tv show that did that plus more.

Expedition Impossible!
Expedition Impossible was ABC's answers to CBS's The Amazing Race. The show put thirteen teams of three as they traveled in the rough terrain of Morocco by racing across deserts, over mountains and through rivers. Were in the end the last team standing would win $150,000. Though the show was more like Mark Burnett, the shows producer, other show per Survivor called Eco-Challenge. The Amazing Race comparison were all too clear as Legs became "Stages" and Roadblocks became "checkpoints".
