I like the teacher guy with the grey hair - don't remember his name.
Naruto is like the OP hero and I'm waiting for the episode where the villain predicts the technique. It's coming, I bet. Then he'll have a new secret technique!
I an enjoying it but I'm not invested yet. But I won't give up on it yet.
