The First Amendment's freedom of speech right not only proscribes most government restrictions on the content of speech and ability to speak, but also protects the right to receive information,prohibits most government restrictions or burdens that discriminate between speakers, restricts the tort liability of individuals for certain speech, and prevents the government from requiring individuals and corporations to speak or finance certain types of speech with which they don't agree.
I was banned for 3 days for using the ‘f’ word in a blog. I shortly deleted it a minute later but maturo, an obsessive cow, screenshotted it because he was mad I beat him at his favorite game. I think it’s ridiculous you can’t use curse words on this site, before there was only one admin, we were free to say whatever we wanted to say, how it should be. I just think it’s ridiculous this site, who mainly consists of people over 16, at least I would assume, doesn’t allow cussing. Apparently cussing is harassing here. Admin we love an educated sister. I’m pretty sure 95% of people who use this site cuss in real life, so why can’t it be used on site that’s meant for adults?
I’m just proud of myself for winning 1st place back to back in 2 games, with the disadvantage of a pre-made alliance with almost 10 members, all out to get me because of the Alan situation. It’s pretty ridiculous how both Alan and I are over it yet still his friends are so obsessed with trying to ruin my reputation on this site and get me banned lmao. It all worked out for me though because I wasn’t planning on getting on tengaged after I won that game.
But anyways I’m back, nobody can bring me down.. y’all really tried it though. Also thank you Sunflowers for being with me through all of this <3
