After Azealia's eviction, it was down to the Final 2 - Beyonce and Gaga! Their fate was no longer in the hands, as the power shifted to the Jury.
At the finale, they both said their final speeches.
Gaga began, “Sometimes in life you don't always feel like a winner, but that doesn't mean you're not a winner.” quoting herself, and continued, "I have had to fight for my position throughout the game, and even with a big target on my back, I carried on. I'd like to say I played honestly, with the exception of backstabbing Marina (We now made up/I apologized), and this was probably my biggest regret since I risked losing a friend for the sake of a game. I'd love to win mainly because I expected to lose week 1 and this feels like such a triumph. I have no hard feelings over the game and I'm actually glad I managed to bury the hatchet with some people. Good luck, Beyonce!"
Beyonce also shared her speech, "I'm not really sure what to say, but I'm grateful to anyone that chooses to vote for me. I had conflict with almost all of the jury members so 2nd place won't come as any surprise to me, and honestly, I won't be upset if Gaga wins because she deserves it just as much as I do. I've played fairly and honestly and tried my best in all the competitions. Good luck choosing your winner!"

The public decided that Beyonce should win Part 1 of the Final HOH, which left Gaga and Azealia fighting for themselves in Part 2.
Part 2 was an Endurance competition, that Azealia won. At this point, Gaga's fate was in the hands of Azealia and Beyonce.
In Part 3, Azealia and Beyonce were quizzed on things their former houseguests have said - and ultimately Beyonce won.
The nominations are Azealia and Gaga, and it's up to Beyonce to decide who will she take to the Final 2.

After Rihanna's eviction, it was down to the Final 4 - Azealia, Beyonce, Gaga and Lana. At the HOH competition, Gaga win her third HOH of the season.
At the nominations ceremony, Gaga nominated Azealia and Lana, explaining "Azealia, it's literally because I can't nominate Beyonce and I'm sure you can see this coming. I love you and I obviously will be fighting to get POV so you can stay. And Lana, I actually don't have any resentment towards you anymore and I think BB Queens Of Pop was good for getting out any dislike we had towards each other. No hard feelings, but yeah obviously this was coming."
At the POV competition, Beyonce won, and chose to keep Gaga's nominations the same. Now, Beyonce has the sole power to evict one of the nominees.

I totally didn't think I would even make it to jury, but I got this far with the help of my allies. Me doing decent in most competitions was probably how I made it this far, but it was also a bad thing since I looked stronger than the people I was aligned with. I was picked off after Madonna, Miley and Adele were evicted and eventually ended up next to my biggest ally, Lana. I hope she wins. As Adele quit, it was down to the Final 5 - Azealia, Beyonce, Gaga, Lana and Rihanna. At the HOH competition, the Queens were tested how well they knew Youtube views, and Azealia won her second HOH season, becoming the first person to win an HOH back-to-back.
At the nominations ceremony, Azealia nominated Beyonce and Lana, explaining "I have nominated, Lana and Beyonce. I felt like this was the only way I could keep it fair. I mean, each side has 1 person who isn't nominated and who will participate in Veto. I feel if the other side wants that other side up so badly, they have to fight for it. It's nothing personal against any of you two and I know I'm third wheel on both sides, so let the baddest bitch win."

After Charli's eviction, the Queens Of Pop competed in an HOH competition about the album covers of the evicted Queens of Pop. In the end, Beyonce was victorious.
Beyonce nominated Lana and Rihanna, explaining, "Lana and Rihanna, I've nominated you because we have been against each other the whole game and that hasn't stopped now! It's very evident you both dislike me, so it was obvious this was coming. Best of luck to you both!"
At the POV competition, Azealia won, and chose to save Rihanna. Beyonce then decided to nominate Adele as the replacement nominee.

"I played this game differently than I expected. I thought I'd be able to just float by under the radar and not make any enemies, but that was not the case. Within a few weeks, it was clear which side I was on. Gaga and Beyoncé were clearly the targets for the other side, but I still had to work hard to make sure I wasn't the victim of a backdoor. The worst case scenario happened this week, someone who hates me won HOH and POV and made the dumbest nomset of the entire season. It's a shame that I had to go the way I did, because of the immaturity of other contestants, both currently in and out of the game. At least I can walk out the door with my head held high, knowing I played a respectable game. I’m kind of glad to be away from the drama and all the morons still left in the game. My full support goes to Beyoncé and Gaga as they are the only people left that have had my back." Charli explained during her post-eviction interview.

After Miley's eviction, the Queens had their speed and attention to detail in the next HOH competition. In the end, Azealia won her first HOH of the season. Lana got safety from Miley's eviction, and Rihanna continued her second week of safety after getting Katy out when she was HOH.

I think the only thing you need is some tape to shut you up. You talk out your ass more than you should and if you weren't such a little bitch I might of still nominated you. And Adele, you can be mad all you want but you even threw Charli under the bus saying YOU DIDNT CARE IF SHE WENT UP. You're selfish and frankly your music is dull. You've never talked to me in this game and our deal was cute while it lasted those 5 seconds. You can act bad, you can't be salty about it but just understand this, be happy I put your name on the chart cause nobody else was going too."
