Amanda is the current President of Hopes Nation. Along side the councilmen and women who help run the country, she is the strong figurehead trying to make decisions. Even with the country falling on hard times and her moving up in the line of command, on top of people attempting to vote her out of Office, she remains in charge and tries her best to keep the country on the track towards success.

She no longer watches Spike full time. She keeps a distant connection with her son after the incident that happened in New Vegas and the four kids getting blamed for Murder. She has no time for him, and still remains a far away figure for her other son Douglas. Her relationship with ex-husband Richie has dwindled as far as respect for each other goes, but she is keeping her head high in an attempt to fix all the problems.

Richie is a current councilmen of Hopes Nation and watches over the Island Establishment alongside Alice as they start to build it up to be safer. He wants to help his former flame Amanda build up whatever is left of Hopes Nation, and pushes to keep everyone alive as best as he possibly can. He has come a long way since his game many years ago. No longer letting mental illness guide him, he has become a leader to most.

He now keeps both of his sons close by his side. He and Spike have more in common than Spike did with his mother, so they have formed a very close bond. They both are impulsive, have a tendency to push others away, but they both have bonds and close friendships with people they have trauma with. Richie wants the remainder of his life to be positive, and he's doing everything he can to make that happen.

Kaoru is a current councilmen of Hopes Nation, and watches over the East District. After losing Callum in the ninth season, he kid he had come to call family, he chose to take Marble in while she works on repairing the Bring Back Machine in his basement. He enjoys the company, and supports her in everything she decides to do. His relationship with Dream and Benny has had a slight disconnect since Dream moved himself and Benny to the Island Establishment, and he only sees them on the rare occasion he takes trips out there so Marble can see Douglas Spike and Wolfgang.

He attempts to put himself in his work, burying any sort of problem away until the faithful day may come along along the Bring Back Machine could possibly work again after all the damage it's gotten over the years. He does have a goal in mind when it's done, it's just a matter of breaking the rules possibly and becoming an outcast like the remainder of his friends...

Alex is a current councilmen of Hopes Nation, and watches over the Nortb Establishment. One of the original founding members of the new government system, Alex has tried his best to lead a quiet life after everything he once held dear was lost forever during the Great War, or the Dark War depending on who you ask. He attempts to run North District, the wealthiest of them all, with grace and dignity. He hasn't stayed super close to anyone who isn't in the council, and even rarely addresses the public. He lives alone, and he's just fine with that.

Alice is a current Councilwoman of Hope Nation, recently added alongside longtime friend Richie to aid in helping the Island Establishment integrate into the nation comfortably. After all the confusion in her life, dying then somehow coming back through the manipulation of the Bring Back Machine, she doesn't super let people into her personal life who weren't already there. She remains very close to her son, Wolfgang, and let's him do pretty much most things he wants as she remains comfortably happy with how things are going thus far.

She tries hard to keep a positive outlook for her two closest friends Richie and Trey, despite things looking rather bleak. Alice is now the type of person to just enjoy life, live to the fullest and be free for as long as she can because we knows when this very fragile government system will come crashing crashing around them.

Dream is a.. sort of member of the council, sort of not... After being fired and quitting at the same time after abusing his watch over the Bring Back Machine before it broke and had to be repaired again. After getting Marble back after Season Nine, the two had a massive fallout and refuse to speak to one another. She moved out of his house in the Winter District and moved in with his sort of ex-boyfriend Kaoru. Although he moved to the Island District with Benny who he broke the law and brought back via the Bring Back Machine.

He isn't the same as he used to be. A lot more selfish, a lot more angry at the world for not giving what he thinks, is a fair hand at life. He's a recovering drug addict, often still doing hard-core drugs every now and again again things get especially dark in his mind, seeing things and hearing voices, but he is determined to get back to some form of normalcy, and with the Bring Back Machine almost repaired, he may just be able to do that.

Benny is Dreams current boyfriend, and even still considers himself in a relationship with Kaoru despite not being able to see him often due to boundary restrictions. After being a test dummy of Dreams to see how the Brint Back Machine works, which he doesn't like to talk about the feeling of being brought back, he tries hard to keep himself mentally stable despite everything he had come to love was destroyed during the Great War. Dream is the only person he has left, and their relationship is complicated. Sitting with him while he shoots drugs, being a shoulder to cry on during hard nights, cleaning him up after a blackout night, it gets hard on your mind.

He has gotten decently close to the other islanders who stayed on the Island, Alice, Richie, Trey, Wolfgang, Douglas and Spike who now lives there. He tries hard to form real bonds with people, but he craves to have everything he worked for back. He still isn't the brightest crayon in the box, but he tries his best to be a reliable friend at least.

Trey was not asked to be on the council, and he didn't seem to mind. He was content living on the island with his friends, even if the drama of Hopes Nation has seeped by in the last couple of months. He respects and supports every desicion Richie and Alice have made since they have really built themselves up to be the leaders, and Trey is just happy that everyone who lives on the island is also happy.

He remains a good friendly voice for the younger kids on the island, Douglas and Wolfgang, and does go out to spend time with them as they explore the remains of the old world he used to know, answering any questions they might have had with wisdom and guidance. He was another one brought back by the Brint Back Machine, and has bonded closely with Alice, Benny and even Backster about the experience and what it felt like. None of them like to talk about it much, he is just thankful he can live his life close to the people he has come to care deeply for.
