Let’s get to critiques!
Lilla:
Rubes: Well you just keep bringing it sis don’t you! This look is exactly what I wanted and needed for this runway! It giving me life with all these bright and bold colours. And I really like the use of the roller skates and the pig tails are so cute! Good job this week!
Joco: You always give us something stunning, this isnt stunning but its very cute and makes good use of very bold colours
you took us around the spectrum and sold us cute girl fantasy and the roller blades add a very Xanadu-style fabulousness
to this look, good job.
Calamity:
Rubes: As I said to Sharon congrats on coming back! Last week the other judges and I were blown away with your look because it was amazing! But this week I just don’t know like what happened girl? I know you were struggling with imvu and you couldn’t screenshot your looks or something but still this look is a hot mess. I just didn’t get what you were going for at all, sorry queen.
Joco: Honestly, i like the bike, the rest i dont understand. I can see some gay handlebar moustache and maybe this is
a nod to gender-neutralism but i dont feel comfortable with the execution. The hair is weird and why did they have to be nude?
all the colour comes from the bike
Thiccness:
Rubes: To be honest I wasn’t so sure on your look and personally I wouldn’t have put you in the top but Joco really liked you’re look and thought you deserved it. And the more I look at your look the more I like it! It’s not my favourite but it’s definitely growing on me with the mix of denim and lingerie which I would have never thought would have worked together! Well done!
Joco: Thank you queen for adding the pride badge, such a delicate little touch that lifts this look into theme.
I love how youre bold enough to blend extremes of fashion and make them cohesive, denim and lingerie, works for me.
And im living for the ombre weave darling.
Madame:
Rubes: Hmm. I’m totally 50/50 on this look. I love the hippy concept and vibe you were going for and the style of clothing I love. However, it’s kinda boring me like I wanted bright and vibrant colours and they seemed a bit dull to me and I don’t know whether I’m the only one or not but it was missing that spark for me. But it’s definitely not the worst this week it just wasn’t as good as the rest sorry.
Joco: Your look has a decent concept, however, i find the gum obstructive and overall your outfit looks very blurry,
i dont know if its the design or the way it captures but it looks a little untidy. The hair and mug are good though.
Sharon:
Rubes: Congrats on coming back girl! Now with your look you have gone for a mermaid look and I was hoping that there would be more colour involved since it’s based around pride week and bright colours which I just think you didn’t grasp this week. Even with the two colours you are using I don’t think that they go together in my opinion and it could have been executed a lot better.
Joco: You came back in with loads of determination to prove you deserve your place but this look was underwhelming for me
it's essentially 2 colours and i feel mermaids can be even more colourful then the glum tones you gave us. Her face also
does look great, this could have bigger, bolder and brighter
Gemini:
Rubes: So with your look you took a risk and girl it paid off big time! I love that dress like I want it! I love how the mix match of colours all come together cohesively and the bold head just adds some edginess to this look which intrigues me. Good work sis!
Joco: You said our look was big risk and i agree, risks sometimes dont pay off. But yours did, you look stunning,
I feel you pushing fashion limits with this look and the accessories and bald head is edgy and gives this look a very 80's, clubkids,
punk new-wave egde, i love it!
