Luckily Safe

in this challenge, the 9 of you will send me, by mail, 7 numbers 1-100. (if you dont send in any numbers, you will sit out for the first 3 rounds and I will random.org the rest of your numbers.) Please make it obvious what order these numbers are in, because it is important. I will also random.org 8 numbers. Whoever's first number is closest to my first number WITHOUT GOING OVER will be safe. ties will be random.org. If nobody is under my number, I will redo my randomization. This will continue until there are 2 players remaining. the remaining 2 players will play a fastings with eachother. Whoever gets the better placement will be safe, while whoever gets the worse placement will be eliminated from Government. If a fastings game is not feasible, I will find another alternative.
