This season of JRBB you will be given the opportunity to win some powers during the pre-jury stage of the game by visiting a unique island. This island goes by the name of ‘Sunset Island’.

During the pre-jury stage of this game, each houseguest has 2 passes to Sunset Island. These passes are non-transferrable.

Following the Head of Household competition, all houseguests, including the current Head of Household, will be given a brief description of what power is up for grabs that current game round on Sunset Island, though some powers may remain unknown. You will then have a certain period of time, typically two hours — although this will be stated if different — to state if you wish to play one of your passes to Sunset Island.

Once on Sunset Island, you will have until 4pm EST the following day, unless stated, to participate in the challenge. When the deadline comes around, the houseguest who performed the best in this challenge will be notified of exactly what they have won. Any powers activated in the game will not be stated who activated them, unless necessary which is dependant on the power.

In addition, once the deadline is reached, it will be posted in this forum who activated a pass for that game round, so houseguests can have an idea of who may possess a power without actually knowing who won it directly.

As stated prior, all houseguests have 2 passes to Sunset Island. However, once you win something from Sunset Island, you are not eligible to win again. You can still activate your second pass at any given game week, in order to attempt to avoid detection, just you are ineligible to win again. In addition, you are not required to use one or both of your passes if you do not wish to, it just means that you will have less opportunity to gain power in the game.
