As you could tell by RI, Paddy was voted out at last night tribal.

Ok so lets get to it.

For today's challenge you will each be in charge of picking a team leader. You will send in votes to me via email. The person on each tribe with the most amount of votes will be the team leader. The first 3 team leader's to say something on this group will win TRIBAL IMMUNITY!!

And as a side note, you don't have to vote for someone on your tribe. Try to sabotage the other tribes. Or, you could try to help yours, its all up to you.
