Kevin has failed to meet the deadline so the veto will not be used

I have a power: The Coup d'État as seen on Big Brother 11.
With this I can overthrow the Head of Households nominations, and replace them with 2 of my own except the HoH and PoV winner. Seeing as I'm already the HoH, only the Veto Winner, Kevin, is immune. I have decided to use my power. I had this eviction or the previous one to use it, and was something I won when I entered the second mystery room.
