THE APPLICATION

1.  You will submit a pool of idols.  The number of idols you submit must be at least 16.  The order you submit will be the priority you get on that idol.  EX:  Unnie-A has Luna at #15.  Unnie-B has Luna at #16.  Unnie-A will recieve Luna in the rankdown, while Unnie-B will not, moving whatever idol Unnie-B put as #17 up one spot, putting them in the rankdown.
1.1.  The bigger your pool of idols, the better chance you will get your entire pool of idols on your first submission! 
1.2  In the event of a tie, the ranker who submitted first will get the idol.
2.  You may only have two idols per group on your pool.  Idols who have left groups, and joined another must be listed as their current group.  EX:  You can not choose Dahye and Uji from BESTie, and Hyeyeon and Haeryung from EXID, as they are all currently part of BESTie.  You may however choose LE and Jeonghwa from EXID, and Hyeyeon and Haeryung from BESTie.
2.1.  You may only choose two members of groups that have disbanded, such as Gayoon and HyunA from 4Minute.
2.2.  You may SUBMIT multiple members of one group, but only the two highest eligable from a group will make it in.

THE RULES

1. Each round, a list will be randomized. The ranker on top of the list will put a number of idols up for elimination.
2.  Afterwards, the remaining rankers will SAVE one of the idols, with a writeup attatched.  This process will continue until everyone has gone.  The idols not saved during this process will be eliminated.  This pattern will continue until the final round.  EX:  Sana Dahyun Jungyeon and Momo are nominated.  If Sana and Dahyun are saved, Jungyeon and Momo will be eliminated.
3.1.  An idol can not be nominated two rounds in a row consecutively.
3.2.  An idol that is Netizen Backlash'd will be nominated for the duration of the Backlash, regardless if they were saved the previous round.
3.3.  An idol that was Cover-Up'd can not be Backlash'd or nominated the round after the Cover-Up.
4.  Deleting a nomination/save post is not allowed.
5.  The final round at the game will occur when there is a suitable pool of idols left for voting.  The remaining idols at that point will be voted upon by the rankers on a scale of 1-12.

THE TWISTS

1.  Netizen Backlash:  The Netizen Backlash power can be used to spark outcry among crazed internet stalkers, forcing the idol to be nominated 3 times in a row, regardless if saved or not.
1.1.  One given to each player, can be used up until the final round.
2.  Scandal Cover-Up:  The Scandal Cover-Up power can be used when an idol is eliminated from the competition.  Their company sweeps whatever just happened under the rug, and they re-enter the game. 
1.1.  One given to each player, can be used up until the final round.
1.2.  An idol that was Cover-Up'd can not be Backlash'd or nominated the round after the Cover-Up.
