Welcome to your updated handy dandy class trial rule book. It's a mostly open discussion and you can bring anything up at any time but try to connect the story first off and first hand. Any conversation/scene that your character had with others can be brought up in the trial. Evidence may be brought to class trial but you have 5-10 minutes before it to mail to Coolexchangestudent (And WestTemp/Missalice3 in any investigation that he/she handles) that you brought it.
Some features of class trial....
- Truth Feature. If a statement is said about the story then you may confirm it with evidence. If enough people agree with the statement it becomes a truth statement and is solidified into the story. It may be taken down at any time.
- Lying Feature. You may use the lying feature whenever you feel fit to steer the trial in your direction. If you say a lie and enough people think it's a truth then it will be put into the story setting up a major curve ball in the trial and confusing people.
- Arguments. These are statements that can stir up a class trial. If someone attempts a truth/lie feature anyone can block it with an argument by posting any statement to challenge that argument. If nobody does then it continues as normal. However, the first person to block that statement will go into a argument battle with them. The trial will stop and we will let them argue it out until one of them steps down. Whoever wins gets to use their theory for the story, true or not.
- Cross Sword Duel (Introduced by MaggieWong). This is where a heated argument can take place. While everyone else will argue, two people in a Cross Sword Duel can only argue with their opponent in this duel. Whoever wins the duel can get to use that theory, true or not.
- Panic Talk Action. If you are talking to someone who's very angry, very upset or getting super nervous and they are freaking out, say a killer for instance, one person may step up for panic talk action. This person will have to respond to EVERY statement the nervous person may post. The people watching will have to look for contradictions. If the person who step up spot one, they say something and if people agree that you are right, then PTA is over. If they think your wrong panic talk continues until someone messed up. This portion of the trial is only necessary when a murderer gets upset.
-Closing Argument. This is where someone states of what happened in the murder, scene by scene. This may be the final argument to prove if the suspected killer is the real one. If everyone agrees, this closes the discussion and we may begin voting. (This one was the final part of Danganronpa 2 Class Trials so if nobody recognizes it then there's that.)
- Voting. At the end once everyone has come to a conclusion everyone will cast a vote by sending it to the person that is hosting the trial. He/She will tally the votes and say if the group is correct or wrong. Graduation may or may not happen here.
Class Trial Time will be various, mostly influenced by the killer's times because we need the killer to be on (What's the fun if the killer is not on to defend him/herself?). The Trial will be an estimated 4 hours long but this is until we know the blackened, and when the chosen blackened is true or not. If the host have a majority of votes, (like 9 out of 16) then we will proceed with the tally as the remaining votes does not change the tally of votes. This majority vote is for formal purposes only.
~ I still have plans if we fail the trial. So even if we fail a trial there will still be a Final episode shortly after. This is to prevent any story line to be abruptly end for the remaining characters.(Aka Everyone who was there if a Failed Trial Happens.) ~
