Again, these are the three things you can do:

"Throws ball at (member of the other tribe)" if the person you're throwing it at does nothing or throws at someone, they are out. If that person catches the ball, you are out.

"Catches Ball" If someone throws at you, they are out. If nobody throws at you, you are out.
