Hello and welcome to the "Push & Pole" Elimination!

In this elimination, you each will have a forum named after you, where you will have to say the phrase *Runs Step _ my way with the pole* as many times as you can.

In this forum, I will post *Pole grip loosens* you must then respond with *Pulls the pole from _*, that player will then get a 10% penalty to their final total. This will happen three times in the elimination.

The player with the highest amount of pushes after 15 minutes including penalties will win.
If you make a mistake in your forum, you must fix it, if you do not before time is up, you will be disqualified from the elimination.

The person who comes in first will have their choice between Grey and Blue, while second place will join the other. The two losers, will have their time in Barbados ended.
