Lithuania will enter the Second Chance Contest with the 3rd place of Eurovizijos. Jazzu presented a modern song with a spectacular staging, a little bit different of what we're used to in this contest, that we've considered that's the best to gain a 2nd chance.

GRAND FINAL ESCT SECOND CHANCE CONTEST 35!!

Once we already know the 11 participants which will compete to reach the final prize, we can start with the voting process. Since now, all the participating countries, even the extra-juries (🇦🇩 Andorra, 🇦🇲 Armenia, 🇫🇷 France, 🇳🇴 Norway, 🇸🇰 Slovakia, 🇪🇸 Spain, 🇬🇧 United Kingdom), must vote to choose the winner of this 10th edition in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The voting will be open since today Monday, 13 January until next Friday, 17 January. You must give 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point to the songs you like the most. On the following days after the deadline, the Grand Final live show will be celebrated.

You must send your votes to me. If you can't vote for any reason you should tell me as soon as possible to find a juror to replace you. The players who don't vote will be disqualified.

REINO UNIDO YA HA VOTADO !!!

La delegación de REINO UNIDO  lleva días escuchando las 11 canciones propuestas por las distintas delegaciones . Sin embargo no ha sido, hasta esta tarde cuando el comité ha emitido su veredicto y ha otorgado las diferentes puntuaciones a cada una de ellas .

La portavoz oficial de la delegación ya ha entregado el sobre con las votaciones a la dirección del concurso, y posteriormente ha echo unas declaraciones sobre la actual edición del concurso y sus primeras impresiones .... citamos textualmente sus palabras

" Estoy muy contenta y emocionada por ver que no todo esta perdido , tras ver y analizar las propuestas "ganadoras" de ESCT#35 , pensé que lo malo estaba aun por venir y temía que se hubiera perdido la esencia de este concurso . Sin embargo esta edición del "SECOND CHANCE#35 me ha reconciliado un poco con el concurso de nuevo ya que he podido comprobar que casi todas las canciones que participan en este concurso me parecen , almenos la inmensa mayoría, mucho mejores y sobretodo mas originales que sus antecesoras en ESCT#35 ... con la cual la conclusión a la que llego es que en las distintas preselecciones organizadas se opto en muchos casos , por las propuestas mas "radiofrendly" dejando atrás a las propuestas algo mas originales o alternativas .

REINO UNIDO , lo ha tenido complicado a la hora de puntuar alto , ya que muchas propuestas nos gustaban en una primera escucha, sin embargo , se ha tenido muy claro y desde un principio la canción que merecía los  . Nos parece un temazo y no logramos entender como una canción de este calibre , quedo mas atrás que la " mamarrachada " que represento al país en ESCT#35 ... es que no hay color .... en fin son cosas que pasan !!!  ;)

Queremos agradecer a todas las candidaturas participantes su esfuerzo a la hora de elegir los tema, esta claro que nos perdimos unas grandes Preselecciones y en el fondo sentimos no haber podido participar mas en este proceso de selección !!!!
