Challenges:
There are 3 types of main challenges in this game, Checkpoints, Airlocks, & Ejector Seats.

Checkpoints are the main challenges in this game. At each checkpoint challenge, 1 or more players will earn immunity in the form of a Life Vest. Checkpoint challenges will take place individually, in pairs, or in teams at certain times throughout the season. Checkpoint challenges will be mostly live or semi-live. In some cases, the worst performers in the Checkpoint may be up for elimination.

Airlocks are elimination duels. They may take place 1 on 1 or in pairs. Airlocks will be live at a time agreed on by all players and the production team. If that is impossible on a given day, a non-live alternative may be provided. Airlocks are simple. The winner(s) stays in the game while the loser(s) is eliminated. Players may be sent into the Airlock by finishing last in a Checkpoint, or by a vote.

An Ejector Seat challenge will take place at a predetermined point in the season. It can be live or non-live. The last place contestant in the Ejector Seat challenge will be eliminated. The Ejector Seat challenge will be announced with at least 20 hours notice given to the players.

This season, there will be a new type of challenge as well as some small format twists that will not be revealed until the Cast Reveal.

Life Vests:
In this game, life vests are immunity for the round in which they are won. If you win an individual Life Vest, you can choose to keep it for yourself, or give it to another player. Life Vests won at Team Checkpoints cannot be given away. If you give another player your Life Vest, you are no longer immune from going into the Airlock or being voted out. Decisions on who gets a Life Vest must be made within 30 minutes of Checkpoint results. On occasion, a player may win more than 1 Life Vest. A player may not hold more than 1  Life Vest per round. If a player holds onto more than 1 Life Vest after the 30 minute decision period, it will be assumed that they want to keep 1 Life Vest. Any extra Life Vests will be allocated via random draw.

Votes:
Some eliminations and selections of who participates in the Airlock will take place by a vote. In some cases all players will vote, while in others the responsibility to vote may only be granted to certain players. Before every Checkpoint challenge, it will be posted if that round’s elimination will take place by Airlock or vote. If a round’s elimination takes place through the Airlock, the selection process for that round’s Airlock will also be revealed before the Checkpoint challenge. If you are expected to vote and fail to do so before the given deadline, you will receive a penalty for the following round, and a self-vote if you are at risk of elimination or being selected for the Airlock.

Advantages:
At certain points throughout the season, there will be opportunities to find or earn advantages. When you obtain an advantage, you will receive instructions on the specific ways it can be used and be notified when it will expire.

Boarding Pass:
Boarding Passes will be hidden on the first blog of a tengaged user. Boarding Passes function similar to an immunity idol or an LOS. Essentially, the Boarding Pass can be used to protect you from the Airlock/Ejector Seat or be played before the votes are revealed to void any votes against you. Players will be notified when Boarding Passes are hidden. All Boarding Passes or other Advantages will expire by the end of Episode 10 at the latest.

For clarification, there is NOT a jury vote to determine the winner. The winner will be determined by a multiple-part Final Challenge.

There is a 4th type of challenge this season, the Confinement Competition. Each round, the Confinement Comp will occur after the Checkpoint and will be played by the losing team. The winner earns the power to send anyone from their team, including themselves, to Solitary Confinement.

Solitary Confinement: If/when you are sent to Solitary Confinement, you will be temporarily removed from the main chat and your team chat. You will be ineligible to vote or receive votes for that round. There MAY be twists or advantages that are available within Solitary Confinement, but you'll have to see for yourself. If your team's vote ties, you will be eliminated.
