If you want to be a part of the panel of judges of Project Platinum, you are to agree in this terms:

- You are to attend panel (2-3 times each week, but probably/mostly just 2).
- You are to submit critiques and scores within a 24-hr given time.
- You are to tell me in advance if you can't make it through the panel, so I can inform a substitute judge earlier.
- You are to finish and not leave or quit in the middle of the competition/game.
- You are going to judge fairly.
