1. You cannot speak in the living room or your tribal chat until another Have Not is named. You will receive a penalty point if you do. The MVP/POV will announce the second Have Not.

2. You will be at a disadvantage in every competition you play in while you serve as a Have Not.

3. You will remain a Have Not for exactly one week (not including vacation days).
