Alright then, I'll tell them what's going on.

As you can see, there are no tribes constructed yet and that's because this season there will be TRIBE CAPTAINS!

**Twist**

Tribe Captains - This is how tribe captains will be selected.  The non-live challenge that was going to be posted is now the determining factor in who and isn't a tribe captain.  The top three scores will be a tribe captain and we will then move onto the draft process.

You're NOT required to submit, but I will state if there aren't enough submissions you could randomly be selected as a captain.

You have until 1pm EST tomorrow to submit.

**Other Note**

The ranking is required regardless in case of not having enough people submit for the challenge.  This is due to the fact that you can be randomly selected.

No submission of "at least the ranking" will lead to a penalty.
