This is going to be your guys' one and only purely spamming competition. Other competitions will have spamming aspects, but with other rules and such. Anyway, welcome to the triathlon! You simply have to post *Runs*, *Swims*, and *Bikes* as many times as you can in the correct forum. After 24 hours, I will count up the amount of posts, assign your placements, and count up the points. Each leg of the race has a different point system, so make sure you plan for that!
