Today will be a battle of speed and strength. You will be matched up against another castaway on a platform, and you will both have bags to push the other off. You must post *hits* three times before your opponent to push them into the water. If you fall in the water, you are eliminated from the challenge.

The match up of castaways on the platform will be determined by a round before the platform. You must run and get your bag, by posting *grabs bag*. Only the last two people to post this will be heading to the platform in a battle to stay in the challenge. If you are not one of the last two to post *grabs bag*, you are safe for the round.

When we get to the final 2, you'll both head to the platform. Except here, it will be best 2 out of three. Winner gets immunity and an idol clue to the new merged idol!
