This will be added to later rules for future seasons, but BB considers bribery involving any kind of IRL money to be off limits for spamming. This includes paying other users to spam, OR promising to buy T$ for the purposes of gifting.

Promising gifting to “campaign” is allowed but any form of IRL money being used in the process is not.
