Today you will be competing head to head against each other in who can climb up a ladder the fastest and release a rope to raise a flag.

Each round one person from each tribe will go up against each other. To win against your opponent you have to post "climbs ladder" three times, and then post "releases rope" one time, and then "raises flag" one time. First person to do this scores a point for their tribe.

First tribe to five wins Immunity.

You will start on my go.

A person can only go once every second round. That means if someone competes in the first round, they are not allowed to compete in the second. A person can only score a total of three points for their tribe.

Just to clarify, this is what it must look like:

1st post: "climbs ladder"
2nd post: "climbs ladder"
3rd post: "climbs ladder"
4th post: "releases rope"
5th flag: "raises flag"
