Casper attended high school with most of the kids from Tree Hill, but sadly, before senior year ended, him and his mother had to move. Now he has quit his job and moved back to Tree Hill, hopefully to see Nikki again. Sadly however, he doesn't know of her passing. Since he has grown up he has become more independent and strong. Casper is looking forward to being back with his friends from high school and truly getting to live his life.
