*drags my boxes, my bags thrown over my shoulders and I hesitate before knocking, biting my lip nervously*

*starts to move away from the door but someone bumps into me as they pass me in the hallway causing me to knock against the door*

*gets on the bus, giving the necessary change*
*sits down and takes a deep breath*

-Jon hears a body crash against the door-

-Heads over to the door and opens it, seeing Alyssa-

Oh, hey!

*gets off the bus when it reaches downtown*
*takes a deep breath and heads toward the coffee shop*

*looks at him managing a smile*

*glances at his chest taking in the fact that he's only wearing a towel, and tries to back away only to fall back against one of the boxes behind me. catches myself before completely falling down*

um...bad time? I could come back later.

*tries to look past him thinking he has company*

-Jon shakes his head, glancing at her, concerned that this clumsy girl might fall down the staircase behind them-

No, I was just getting cleaned up. I have a show later tonight, that's all.

*walks inside, looks up at the menu*
*eyes widen at the prices*
^Damn...this much for coffee...^

oh ok. uh...oh! I brought coffee and donuts
*shoves the box of donuts at him*
what did I do with the coffee?
*thinks back and remembers leaving them in the cab*
ok I brought donuts

*sighs and gets the cheapest items on the menu, regular coffee and a muffin*
*pays and sits down*
*adds cream and sugar to the coffee*

-Opens the box of donuts and smiles a bit-

It's fine. I don't drink coffee anyways.

*grabs the Vogue magazine from my bag and continues where I left off*
*sips my coffee*

*runs my hand through my hair*
I was really looking forward to that coffee. Oh well
*drops my hand to my side with a sigh*
