After the iconic mass-quits in BB2, the game shifted, and saw Anthony on the backfoot in the game. After winning all the power to take out Max, his subsequent no-show in the Double Eviction gave Patrick ammunition to put him on the block, where he was taken out by Andrea and Sam.

After forming the Big Broing Six alliance, Stuart thought he'd be riding fine in the game, and decided to target Nick after winning HOH after the first Double Eviction. However he mis-read the house and the alliance's loyalty, when they decided to get rid of Azri instead. When Nick won the next HOH, he got evicted in a harsh 8-0 vote.

In BB4, as the sides were dividing between Mid Gens and Anti-Mid Gens, Max fataly mis-read the house during his HOH, putting up one person from each side of the house in AJ and Alan, targeting AJ, a key Mid Gen team member. When AJ survived, the Double Eviction saw fellow Mid Gen Oli in power, who put him against pawn Clair to see him miss the jury.
