To clarify:
The theme is that one of the nominees get to switch their place with ANYONE, EVEN HOHs.
Since both HOHs selected the same nominee, automatically cookie gets to switch her place
She switched with Mickj and there needs to be another nominee.
That nominee was selected at random to be Tuninho
