I posted it in design labs and it got removed. I messaged T_Mod TWICE and they haven't responded, it's been atleast 10 days now. So what is wrong with it?

If I used a different avatar instead of Rando's, would it be fine?

No it is not legal, no matter whose avatar. Floating objects also it is inappropriate.

There is nothing floating though? It's the same thing as having a pet on your head or shoulder. You can see him holding onto the avatar, it's pretty much like wings. It's attached.

And since when was hugging inappropriate?

The intent is still there. If it was removed twice it is obvious not legal. There is different ways to approach this design.
