General rules. I'll set a challenge. You vote someone to play. Person with the most votes gets sent in to compete in the challenge. If they lose they are out. If they win they can eliminate anyone who voted them.

In the case of any inactives, they incur 1 vote against themselves every round, and if a player wins, are always eligible to be voted out by a winning player. So to confirm, we continue as if the inactives are still in the game.
