« Rebus Rising »

In this mental competition, you have to solve rebus puzzles, also known as pictograms, as fast as possible.

I will begin each round by sending all competing houseguests a rebus puzzle - a word riddle which uses a variety of visual formats to hint at well known phrases. You have to solve the puzzle and mail me the correct answer.

You will score based on how fast you send me the correct answer.

5 points for 1st
4 points for 2nd
3 points for 3rd
2 points for 4th
1 point for 5th

After 5 rounds the player with the MOST points, wins!

Here we have the word ‘AID’ repeated three times, with an arrow pointing to the first one.
Therefore the answer is ‘first aid’ - a well-known phrase.

The puzzles will be similar to this, but with other methods of hinting towards the answer phrase, which will vary in difficulty.
