I think it was a big risk to take a more minimal approach to this theme, especially since the criteria is eleganza extravaganza, but I think you stand out for the right reason in this look. It's chic, true to the brief, and fashionable. However, I fear that it may be a bit too simple? You definitely could've made this more impactful with more interesting hair and makeup, or some more details in the dress and accessories to elevate it, but I think this is a good look.

I'm afraid to say that this is probably my least favourite look tonight. It's just sort of... creepy? I don't quite understand what the science experiment is supposed to be, and setting the theme aside it's still a bit of an underwhelming look. I do like the colour combination and the flame details, but your face is a bit murky and hard to see and your busted hand is a major distraction – though I understand you had problems with that.
