There are 12 chests with a 3 digit code.

I will mail you 1 digit of the code for each colored chest. It will be your job to use your digits amongst yourselves to unlock each chest. 10 of the chests have 1K in them, 1 of the chests have an exemption in it and 1 of the chests have a clue.

To open a chest a member has to say “unlocks (color) chest with code ###”  if the code is correct then I will say “Chest (color) is unlocked”
