Updated Bio: Bullet-Man was a mess after the defeat to NovaStar. Over the past month and a half, he has been traveling around the country to answer everyone’s questions about the situation. Bullet-Man continues to promise everyone that he will keep the world safe and that NovaStar isn’t a threat any longer. Truth is, he has no idea in hell what he can do to protect the planet from her. Hopefully with the addition of past Vanguard, Sixth Sense, and his protégé, people will gain more confidence in team and their capabilities.

Updated Bio: After the battle against Nova, Bugseye looked to have suffered a gruesome injury. Although, it seems like he’s recovered just fine from his injuries, Bugseye had shut everyone out when it comes to his personal life. The mask rarely comes off his face anymore and he doesn’t really talk to anyone. On the plus side, after Boris resigned from Daybreak, and rightfully so, Bugseye was appointed as the team captain when new recruits showed up at the new and improved Daybreak headquarters.

Updated Bio: Taryn has made a change for the better. She’s trying to live for herself now. Instead of keeping just one party happy, she’s trying to make a balance to keep both happy. Her and her demon, that is. Lately she’s been showing up to her friend, Wes’ court trials for the past month just to keep up with what the government is trying to put on him. She knows Wes did indeed commit many, many crimes, but it was all for the right reasons. She’s willing to help him out in any way she can as the final verdict approaches.

Updated Bio: Unlike some of the other Vanguards, Backwardo is just fine after everything went down. When he first joined the Vanguards, he was guilt ridden after turning a young man’s mother into a baby. He never got to redeem himself and set everything right with that. But, everyone kind of just forgot about it when he became a Vanguard, and so did he. He hasn’t thought about it in over a month. It is entirely possible that Backwardo may be a bit too comfortable in his position as a Vanguard. Some would say he hasn’t done anything wrong since becoming a Vanguard, but more argue that he hasn’t done anything at all, other than listening to what Bullet-Man tells him.

Bio: A former member of the Vanguards. Sixth Sense recently retired back in 2020 when COVID struck the entire world hard. He left to take care of his family and to spend time helping donate to and creating charities for people in need during this time, which definitely wasn’t just for good publicity or anything like that... He doesn’t feel his career was cut short, as he was already going 26 years as a member and was planning on hanging it up soon anyways. Despite that, after the destruction NovaStar left behind, Sixth Sense decided to take the call to action and come out of retirement. This time around, he’s bringing one of his young protégé’s up to the group with him.

Powers: Cybernetic enhancements. Possesses gadgets within her body, which she uses as tools and/or weapons when needed in combat.

Weaknesses: Will die if her power core is damaged (basically her heart).

Bio: Tech is an up and coming vigilante. She used to station herself in New York because the city was so much bigger, but after recent events in Seattle, she figured she would join the other vigilante’s flooding to the area and outshine them for some exposure. Tech gave herself this name because percentage wise, she is more technology than she is human. She doesn’t really know how she ended up like that. If you ask her, she’ll explain that one day she was just a little kid running around on a playground, then the next day she was 13 years old, scanning barcodes and heat signatures with her eyes and doing other cybernetic human things. Pretty mysterious. Tech received her popularity and following back in New York from the way she humiliated criminals that came across her. She’s planning on building a reputation the same way in Seattle too.

Bio: Ethan is the head of security for the Vanguards. All of the security drones around the country? Ethan builds and operates them. Which is how he knows so much about all the heroes and has files on all of them. Every time any hero saved the day, stopped a burglary, or even got an old woman’s cat out of a tree, Ethan has it documented… When Nova turned on Earth and attacked, Ethan took it personally, and has decided it’s time to make his presence known now that there is clearly a need for change when it comes down to who is protecting the planet.
