Welcome to your 8th Elimination here on Three’s A Party. This Elimination is called Black, White And Gray and here is how it works.
This Elimination follows the style of the commonly known Elimination “Black And White” with a small twist.
All players will start with 9 tiles, ranging from the number 0 to the number 8. Each of these tiles is also colored. All the even numbers (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) are Black and all the odd numbers (1, 3, 5, 7) are White. Tiles may only be played ONCE and are discarded after they are used.
Each round both players will pick a tile to play. The player with the higher number each round will win the point, but only the color (either Black or White) of the tile they played will be revealed.
If there is a point where all players play the same number, the round will be void with neither player receiving a point and both tiles being discarded. If 2 players play the same number, they will both be awarded half a point.
The twist is that in this Elimination, each player has one GRAY tile. They can use this to cover their Black or White tile, effectively keeping secret which color tile they played that round. This can only be used once throughout the entire Elimination. Players can choose to NOT use their Gray tile if they see fit not to.
After all number tiles from each player are discarded, the player with the fewest amount of points will lose this Elimination and place 14th on this season of ARS. The winner will receive a piece of the Golden Triangle and AUTOMATICALLY EARN THEIR SPOT IN THE FINAL CHALLENGE. The other player will simply be safe.
