When I was 15/16, I had 2 encounters with people on this website who are allegedly doing illegal things with minors. The first was with a man who is well known for his illegal activities with minors but is still fairly popular, who spent years grooming me when I first joined the site. I'll admit I can be an easy person to take advantage of, and didn't really catch onto what was going on at the time. We were very close until I left school, not long after that we drifted apart. Looking back, I don't think I quite understood the gravity of what all was going on. Thinking about it now makes my skin crawl though.
The second was around this same time. This is someone who's allegations against him have only recently come to light. When I was in class one day, at 16, this man hit me up on Skype and started harassing me to cam with him. I explained that I was in class but he wasn't having any of it, dropping lines such as "you can just go to the bathroom real quick to do this with me" and "I'm giving your worthless ass a chance because nobody else ever will." To this day I have never gotten along with him and remain on his permanent shitlist.
