I liked the character reveals, Piranha especially.
Not gonna lie though, very disappointed that Isaac and Shadow got Assist Trophied. Also, the Grinch leak wrecked so many dreams for Smash.
Spirits took half of the Direct. It seemed a bit too much, I'd have appreciated more time on World of Light or on other game modes.
World of Light looks great, super stoked about it. Also, Sakurai character does something important cliche.
Overall, not my favorite Direct. The lack of Shadow and Isaac really pushed it over for me. Not to sound ungrateful, because Sakurai puts his soul into these games, but I really wish that we could've gotten those two. I could've lived without ANOTHER Pokémon and an Echo for Simon.
