Skype is so fucking annoying, all the time i get these stupid circles next to my messages refusing to send them

I don't even understand, my connection/internet works fine + I've tried uninstalling and re-installing.

You need to clean up your computer and uninstall Skype and install it again. I tried that on my laptop and never could get it to load up again and just gave up:(
