When people in the United States gather to eat turkey they are literally celebrating the genocide of countless native americans on their continent. Thinking of all the native americans on thanksgiving makes me so upset, angry, and sad. Imagine if germany had a holiday for the holocaust where they gathered around to eat baby foreskins or something. The fact that people still partake in such an offensive ceremony in the current year is completely unacceptable. I truly believe that it needs to be banned from america for good.
