I think when they decided to reboot scream and Hayden Panettiere was struggling with mental health they just decided shes dead now

But in actuality Hayden has been very out of the spot light because of the aforementioned mental health struggles and maybe in the future we will get a cameo or role from her when she is better to help honor wes cravens wish to make kirby the new sidney of a new trilogy.
