Yeah! So this is cute. But that’s like it. I think it needed more attitude. This song comes off as a “whatever” rather than a “fuck you” you know? I do think the play on bullshit and boyshit is really good! And this song isn’t bad, I just kind of prefer the other songs over it. And too close by sir chloe had a similar theme in their song but i think they did it better.

Honestly, when I saw that you submitted a folklore song (or is it evermore? idk) I kind of internally rolled my eyes… However, this is actually good? I assumed I would hate and I’m shocked that I like it! It’s very cute and sweet, if that makes sense. It’s giving awful netflix original teen movie which is lowkey what i wanted this round! Yay!

This is giving disney channel original movie… which normally i would love but I don’t totally love it for this round. Like, this isn’t bad but it’s just so childish, you know? It lacked the angst I wanted this round.

Oh this is a serve! It’s very introduction song for the main character in some irrelevant yet iconic 90’s film that I just know someone would use in an edit to some unreleased lana del rat song! And I would watch that film because that’s where I get all of my film recodemmations from. It also reminds me of, like, Alicia Silverstone. And I love her so much.
absol / Bentley Truck - Parisalexa
I think this song has a similar vibe to the selena song, however, this brought the energy and vibe i wanted! This really is just so good. So yeah! I’m being lazy with this comment.

Honestly, I’m not really a fan of ballads. Especially ones that I just know someone sung on The Voice or something. This is an emotional song and stuff but it just doesn’t make me sad… which is unfortunate because that’s the whole point of ballads or whatever, you know? Kelly has a lovely voice though.
