Something that doesn't get mentioned much is the good things that come out of Tengaged. I've only been here since the beginning of December, but have had quite a few negative experiences-not just from bad games...but people who are just outright insensitive, going beyond trolling.
Anyways, the focus isn't on the negative. When I went into my first few games, I felt intimidated because I didn't really know what I was doing. I was lucky enough to have at least one person in each game offer to help me when I told them I was new. It's easy to ignore new people, and leave them to figure it out themselves, but there ARE people who go out of their way to help, and for that I am grateful.
After all, if Tengaged didn't have so many cool, nice people, then people wouldn't waste their time getting to TV level. They wouldn't have spent so much time here if it was so full of assholes.
Theres a saying that says to make at least one person smile a day. Even if it is a complete stranger. I think the same should be said for our "tengaged life" as well. In the last couple of days, I have had a few people just randomly message me and introduce themselves. You should try it!
If you see someone new...or maybe it's someones first frookies or Survivor, help them out! It won't take long! Even just letting them know you are there if they have any questions can be a nice feeling for them.
If you get one on the first day, is it still there after DC? I know it will stay SAY it is there, but does algo act as if you still have it?
Lately I have been hearing that each key you get is used once when you need it. So if you get it day one, but others don't do the challenge, they will get nom'd over you, and you will still have the key. But if everyone played and you did the worst, it will be used for you then, and basically algo just knows when to use it.
I always thought that the keys stuck with you the entire game, whether you have 1 or 10. PLEASE HELP CLEAR THIS UP. It isn't in the FAQs.
