Hello everyone, I am thinking about all the people who were lost or injured in the events that took place on 9/11. I remember what I was doing, who I was with and where we were at. I remember the disbelief in my father's voice. The sadness he felt over the attacks taking place.
My oldest son, was home from school sick that day. He was in the 1st grade and we were eating breakfast. The TV was on cartoons in my den and my father called me and told me to turn to CNN. I was so shocked. I watched the replay of the second plane fly into the second tower in disbelief. I thought how could a plane that was as big as an airliner fly into the tower's on accident. How could they not see them in the cockpit of the plane?
And then all of a sudden there were reports of another aircraft flying into our Pentagon. The hub of our military resources and I felt shock.. and anger because I knew at that point this wasn't an accident but an attack.. I wondered who our enemies were and why they felt the need to attack innocent American civilians.
Next came the reports of Flight 93. I was so proud of the American men and women who stood up to the terrorists on that flight, and utter sadness that they had to loose their lives to do it.

I was at school and we all got sent home (Even know we are in Canada). I watched the news and I was really sad. The attacks didnt change me drastically, but Im more cautious now. I view America as more cautious to now.
im from england my mother watched live as the 2nd plane went into the twin towers it saddens me alot i was 7 cant remeber it much just the sad mood at the time
