Battle of the Comedians: Round 1 - John Stewart vs. Stephen Colbert

Nov 19, 2011 by steveguy
The battle of comedy central hosts.

John Stewart:  Best known for the Daily Show that pokes fun at politicians throughout the year, especially during any election (indecision 2008, etc.).  He has a self deprecating sense of humor and no one is off limits. He has expanded to host award shows.  He loves crossword puzzles (according to a documentary on them) and once had a short lived talk show on Fox where he said on his final show "To those of you that said the show wouldn't last.....good call"

Stephen Colbert:  Best known as the faux right wing talk show host of the Colbert Report.  He gets into battles with Bill O'Reilly. He started off in improv, then the Daily Show and then his own show. He has a cult like following. He also tried to get himself on the ballot in the last election in South Carolina.
